From the first time I used 95th Carwash, I noticed a terrific attitude in their customer service. My good first experience with them was an outside/inside wash. It was impeccably clean!
I eventually subscribed to the monthly carwash because of the service, great wash, free vacuuming, cleaning/drying cloths and so on.
What will make me stay is a two parter.
First, I had trouble one day with my mud flap. I was not strong enough to pop it back in. Jeremy came out and fixed it right up for me. That was truly helpful. And I appreciated it immensely.
Second, I discovered that the managers (Ty & Jeremy) were committed to including people with disabilities in their crew. They have a young man working there now who is special needs. I love this! This matters a lot to me as I have a disabled son and hope that he will find a spot as a regular young man in the world someday soon too. It takes longer for an atypical people to learn the social aspects and expectations in the "real world." So it is important that we give them time and support. They will get there.
So not only do you get a great carwash and service at 95th Carwash, you also get to see love in action. After all, aren't we all in need of compassion and extra efforts? It make the world what it is supposed to be-kind and welcoming of all people.
So, hats off to 95th Carwash! Well done!
